About me

I grew up in Brasília, the planned, modernist capital in the dry Brazilian highlands, and now live by the Rhine river in Switzerland.

I did my Ph.D. at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where I investigated recovery algorithms for subsampled graph signals. My thesis is freely available here. My doctoral studies were mostly funded by the European Union’s Marie Curie ITN SpaRTaN. You can see my academic genealogy here.
